1 Stop Auto Shop of Bloomington

We used this repair shop twice. The first time was for an emergency repair on our Jeep. We had an ok experience, although we thought it was a little expensive, but decided to give them another try a few months later when we needed a brake job. Again the price seemed a little high but a good shop is sometimes worth it. About a week after the brake job, our car started making a horrible rattling sound every single time we used the brakes. My husband and I both felt like something with the brakes was wrong, and since 1 Stop offers a guarantee on the brakes, we took the car back to 1 Stop and asked them to make sure everything was ok with the brakes. They kept the car overnight and told us nothing was wrong with the brakes and told us they wanted to replace the struts for over a thousand dollars. We decided to take our car to a different shop feeling confident it was not the struts. The new shop told us that the brakes are the lowest possible quality. 1 Stop also forgot to place the pins back into the brakes and also used too much grease on the brakes. When this first fix only worked temporarily, they later found that the brake pads that 1 Stop installed were too small for the Jeep a

I have taken all of my vehicles to 1 Stop Auto. They have done simple oil changes to major suspension work and engine work. I am always pleased with their work and their communication regarding what my vehicle needs. Rob has a great team. They have consistently had my vehicles repaired earlier than I was quoted. I refer friends and family to 1 Stop Auto all the time!

I can’t say enough about this auto shop. I’ve been to a few different places in Bloomington but since I’ve been to this shop, I won’t go anywhere else. Always very professional, the pricing is more than fair, and the gentleman are always very knowledge about the products they have and what the best solution, and alternative solutions are for you specific issue. I’m actually about to call them now for an oil change. Amazing service and amazing employees. GO HERE.

I got a full inspection and diagnostic for my SUV before a long road trip. 1Stop Auto Shop were quick and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary when the report came back with no issues. I recommend them.

Rob and his team are awesome. I have been bringing our vehicles there for years and just had 3 serviced recently. 1.) their work is outstanding 2.) they don't "suggest" repairs that aren't needed (that many dealers do/need to do inorder to hit metrics). I trust them 100%. There's dozens of 5/5 reviews - take a 1/5 oddball review with a grain of salt.
